The film will be directed by B unnikrishnan, and his earlier outing, Madambi, with Mohanlal was a super hit. This also marks the first production venture of bollywood production company UTV Motion Pictures in Malayalam.

PLOT

Chandrashekhar (Mohanlal) is a police officer with multiple mannerisms and a divorcee. He loves to live quietly in a dangerous dark city, where all the unexpected incidents . He never do his responsibility as an officer even when dangerous incidents happening around him.
However one incident is forced to change and take up his duties and fight against unlawful events in the city. Like a grandmaster who anticipates his opponents moves well in advance, he proceeds forward. But unfortunately he  makes a fatal mistake. His whole life is drastically changed.
